Issued for one year only as part of the nation’s Semiquincentennial celebration, these dual-dated half dollars feature a completely new design honoring America’s enduring ideals of freedom and liberty.

This 2-roll set includes a total of 40 uncirculated-quality half dollars, with one roll of 20 coins struck at the Philadelphia Mint and one roll of 20 coins struck at the Denver Mint. The coins have never been released into circulation and are presented in official United States Mint wrapped rolls.

Special One-Year-Only Semiquincentennial Design

The obverse of the 2026 Enduring Liberty Half Dollar features a bold new depiction of the Statue of Liberty, facing outward toward the future. The design includes the dual date 1776~2026 commemorating 250 years of American independence along with the inscriptions “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.”

On the reverse, Liberty passes her torch forward to a new generation beneath the inscription “KNOWLEDGE IS THE ONLY GUARDIAN OF TRUE LIBERTY.” Additional inscriptions include “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and “HALF DOLLAR.”
